At KMC, we are committed to your peak performance; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your KMC account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our facility, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
